I hope you can understand this post of mine, same way as Natalie Portman experienced the letters she received in the movie :- ‘V for Vendetta’

“ Draupadi …

Mahabharat. – Draupadi ke badle ki kahani hai …”

I’m so filled with emotions, I don’t know where to start

Badla is the best movie that I watched on women’s day because it shows all the different shades of women and breaks the stereotype

What performances by Amitabh Bachchan, Amrita Singh, Tapsee Paanu

The primary story line is the two having client lawyer conversation, yet it is so much more

There are scenes and dialogues which give you goosebumps

“Badla lena Sahi nahi hota, par maaf karna bhi humesha Sahi nahi hota”

And story .. it is so full of story

There are always 2 versions of the same story by the Victor and the Victim

The icing on the cake is the Intent ..

In today’s world, if you don’t avenge/ take revenge, you would be considered weaker and exploited even further by the rich and famous

Nonetheless, if your opponent has nothing to lose, never underestimate the beauty of that

The subtle inferences of Mahabharat here and there, the numerous twists and turns, suspense and the intense silence in the entire multiplex for what will happen next, surely gives the chills

I simply loved the movie and I’m so happy for the fact that Indian cinema is creating such films

After adoring movies like :- Stree, Tumbbad, Luka Chuppi for their content and essence, Badla is definitely many steps forward in the same direction

(*Give this movie an Oscar and make India Proud *)
