“For the same job, a PERSON in US should be paid more compared to PEOPLE in India”
Based on a conversation with an NRI friend, that was the conclusion.
Because, according to him,
US is expensive, has higher standard of living
And “Shruti, we pay sooo much taxes”
My reaction was:
How long has it been, that you are away from India, that you seem to have forgotten inflation and Indian tax slabs?
NRIs may tend to become more foreigner than actual foreigners
Also, it feels so good to hire 5–10–20 Indians based on type of industry ( startup- bank — MNC) for the same job, where you have to pay the entire amount to one resource in States
India is just for bulk hire, cheap labour, quantity
Let’s change that image, please
