Why I became Solutions Engineer?
A lot of people have and keep asking me this and it’s actually a valid question
After 8 years of my Automation experience and have already become a lead in 2018, I could very easily have become a QA Manager
But I chose the opportunity that came my way
Only because I wanted to help my QA community
What use is my knowledge or expertise, if I can’t share it with others
And the next 3years as an SE, I went teaching and learning from QA’s worldwide
Now, I love this model so much for me, it’s as simple as giving back to my community
I can never leave the Technical or Automation aspect of myself
But as a Solutions/ Sales Engineer, in my opinion, I can help my tech community and the organisations I’m a part of, in a big way
Yes, it’s not easy, nothing is ..
But Solutions Engineers are not born, I think we are created from our past professional background and experiences :)
